
Oh noo, it was a win that my son liked the chicken enough to want seconds !! The combination of ingredients would make an insanely delicious dinner that people will rave over it !! Definitely a keepr !!
YOU'LL NEED :
° Pineapple in pieces, with juice: one can, about 398 ml
° Brown sugar: 45 ml
° Reduced sodium soy sauce: 60 ml (1/4 cup)
° Red bell pepper: one (minced)
° Chicken thighs: twelve (boneless)
° Red onion: half one (minced)
INSTRUCTIONS :
1. Pick first a big airtight bag and place in pineapple pieces, pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, bell pepper, thighs also red onion. And please salt and pepper. Youll want to close bag and shake. Not to forget remove air of bag also seal .
2. Bag suite should be placed in freezer at this stage.
3. I always allow bag thaw in refrigerator the day before meal.
4. Make sure to transfer mixture to slow cooker while cooking. The last step is to cover and cook on low for approx 8 hours.
