A simple, yet irresistible dessert !! This Old Fashioned Cream Custard Pie is grandma’s delicious recipe is very easy to make with a smooth and creamy texture !!
TO MAKE THIS RECIPE YOU’LL NEED THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS :
– Shortcrust pastry: 1
– Fresh cream: 500ml, about 2 C
– Brown sugar: 100g, about 3/4 C
METHOD OF WORK :
1. First of all, your oven should be preheated at 200°C/400°F.
2. You'll want then to roll the dough out in the mold, pricking it using a toothpick.
3. Okay now, you're going to get a bowl and combine in together the cream and the brown sugar. This combo should be poured over the dough.
4. Make sure to bake and cook until the pastry is golden, it takes around half an hour minimum.
