Homemade Hibachi Dinner recipe


A huge hit !! I made this today for dinner... My husband and I were licking our plates lol!! Just give it a shot, I promise you'll never go to a Hibachi restaurant again. 



#For Steak:

° 4 slices (about 5 ounces each)

° Vegetable oil: 4 tsps (about20 ml.) 

° Mushrooms: 8 large (sliced)

° Salt: 1 tsp (about 5 ml.)

° Pepper: 1 tsp (about 5 ml.)

#For The Sauce:

° Soy sauce: 1/4 cup, about 60ml.  (low sodium)

° White vinegar: 2 large spoons (about 30 ml.) 

° Sugar: 1 large spoons, about 15 ml. (granules)

° Garlic: 1 clove (chopped)

° Ginger: 2 tsp, about 10 ml. (grated)

° Pepper: 1/2 tsp, about 2.5 ml. (white)




1. Combine the sauce ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.

2. After that, reduce heat to low and cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

3. Once done, remove from heat and permit it cooled.

4. And please preheat the grill.

5. That's rifgt, grill slices are so rare.

6. Make sure to heat a frying pan and add oil.

7. Alright now, you can remove steaks from the grill and cut into bite-sized cubes.

8. In a hot skillet, place the meat and mushroom pieces. Immediately add salt, pepper and cook for about 4 minutes.

9. You'll want to add the sauce to the pan and cook until the mushrooms are done, and the steak has reached the required quantity, it takes around 2 to 3 minutes more.
